It is recommended by all Gas appliance manufacturers that your gas appliance should be serviced on a regular basis i.e. annually or in some cases every 3 years.

Regular maintenance on appliances can be prevent costly repairs in the long run.  Dust build up and insects etc can clog and block your appliance and or cause your appliance to run inefficiently.

There are easy ways to find whether your gas appliance is in need of a service, your heater is difficult to light, it may not be burning correctly, noisy, you may be able to smell gas which can be dangerous to you and your family.  Your water heater temperature could be fluctuating, you may have water leaking or error codes displaying on your control pad.
